How do I respond to requests?

When you receive a request it will appear in your inbox. You can then decide if you want to accept or decline the request. If you wish to offer the renter "a special deal" you can click the button and fill out the new price.   

This is how the request will look in your inbox:

After you have accepted the rental agreement the renter has 24 hours to pay for the rental in order to book the car. 

If your car is not available the time that is requested you can decline the request and give feed back on why the time is not suited.
